BCA: Bachelor of Computer Applications
BCA is a 3-year undergraduate program in computer applications. It is a degree course offered by many universities and institutions in India. It is considered equivalent to B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science. This course provides a good educational foundation to help students build advanced careers in computer applications and information technology. Minimum criteria for admission to BCA
You have completed at least 10 + 2 from the marked board. Or 2 or 3 years diploma after 10. In addition, some universities conduct entrance exams to gain admission to the course.
Priority will be given to obtaining an MCA degree for better career opportunities after completing the BCA. You can then work as a Software Developer, Network Administrator, Database Administrator, Web Developer Trainer or Teacher.
