DLF means Delhi Land and Finance. Delhi Land & Finance is the largest commercial real estate developer in India. The company was founded in 1946 by Chaudhary Raghavendra Singh. DLF is headquartered in New Delhi, India. DLF develops residential colonies in Delhi such as Shivaji Park, Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and House Grass.

DLF was founded in 1946 and its first development was a residential colony at Krishna Nagar, East Delhi, which was completed in 1949. It was a huge success and gained public confidence. After the success of the Krishna Nagar project, DLF completed several projects in South Delhi, Kailash Colony and Greater Kailash.
The DLF is currently headed by Kushal Pal Singh. According to Forbes’ list of richest billionaires in 2009, he is the 98th richest person in the world. DLF has 25 million square feet of leased office space in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Chandigarh. It earns Rs 1950 crore every year.

DLF Mall of India won the Mall of the Year (National) Award in 2017.

The DLF Foundation won the 2016 Assocham Gold Award for Skill Development.
DLF Capital won the Greens Residential Property Award at the Realty Plus Conclave and Excellence Awards 2016.
DLF won the Cybersecurity Gurgaon Award for Environmentally Friendly Project and Developer of the Year (2014-15).
DLF Emporio won the Shopping Mall of the Year award in 2015.
The DLF Foundation won the pundit. Madan Mohan Malavia Best 2015 Best CSR Practices Award.
DLF won the Top Residential Space Developer Award in 2013.
